Success-Share Partnership
It is a pricing model designed to lower your upfront marketing costs. You pay a flat Booking Fee. The remaining balance is a small percentage of your Initial Listing Price.
The $349 & $359 Booking fee covers our immediate overhead, including elite travel, specialized equipment insurance, and the rapid 24-hour post-production labor. This allows us to deliver high-end assets to you immediately.
Our fee is tied directly to the property’s entry point into the market.
Growth Partner: $349 + 0.14% of Listing Price.
Signature Partner: $359 + 0.19% of Listing Price.
We stand by the success of your listing. If the property is taken off the market without a sale, you are eligible for a full refund of the Success-Share balance. Please note that the initial Booking Fee remains non-refundable, as it covers the immediate costs of production, travel, and asset delivery.
